Do I have to visit a government office?
No. Bring your documents to LSN. We handle submission and retrieval for the service arranged with you, so you can start the process locally.
Can I get same-day service?
Same-day California apostille service is available for an extra fee. Tell us about your deadline when you visit. Processing times for other services vary.
What should I bring?
Bring your complete physical documents, the country where they will be used, and any instructions from the receiving organization. The required original, certified copy, or notarization depends on the document. An ordinary photocopy is not sufficient for a California apostille.
Are certified translations included?
No. Certified translations are a separate service available through Latino Services Network. We can discuss translation and apostille needs during the same office visit.
Can you notarize my documents?
Yes. Notarization is available through LSN when needed. Not every document needs notarization; bring your documents for review before making changes to them.
Can I walk in?
Rialto welcomes walk-ins and appointments. Rancho Cucamonga is by appointment only. Call first with questions, then bring your documents in person.
How do I find out the cost?
Visit an office with your documents. We will explain the services and applicable fees before proceeding.
Does an apostille guarantee acceptance?
No. It authenticates the public official’s signature, capacity, and applicable seal or stamp, not the document’s contents. The receiving organization determines its own requirements.
